Hot Chicken Salad

4 cups chicken (cook and cut up one large chicken)
2 cups chopped celery
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
3/4 cup cream of chicken soup
2 oz. jar pimento (chopped)
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
1 cup grated cheese (American or Cheddar)


Mix everything together except potato chips and cheese. Put in baking dish.

If possible, prepare the day before and refrigerate.

Before baking at 350 degrees for one hour top with cheese and potato chips.

Serves: 4-6
